The DMC-1 is an advanced motor driver for agricultural greenhouse curtains that enables both manual and automated control of curtain motors. It is designed for seamless integration with the GCS (Green-X Greenhouse System) and provides precise motor control, including forward and reverse operation, stopping functions, timeout shutoff, and overcurrent protection. This integration enhances greenhouse management by allowing centralized monitoring and control, optimizing environmental conditions for plant growth and improving operational efficiency.

These are the steps you need to take for warranty issues

  1.  All customers (end users) must submit a request and contact Trolmaster support at www.trolmaster.com/News/Warranty?class=Support to troubleshoot and validate.
  2. Please use the TrolMaster case number to initiate a warranty request through the GreenPlanet warranty. Click here
  3. All claims must have proof of purchase from an authorized GreenPlanet wholesale partner.  We will not claim RMAs for non GreenPlanet wholesale customers.
  4. All claims from wholesale partners must go through the Green Planet Wholesale warranty process with the associated Trolmaster case number.
  5. Replacement devices provided as part of an advanced exchange that are not returned to GreenPlanet within 30 days of the RMA claim will be subject to a product non-return fee of full retail value.
