Description

The Model One System offers a varied line of power cords, capable of satisfying the unique needs of every grower. From power cords that come with two-in-one use cases, to daisy-chain cords that come in several lengths to allow spacing freedom between the drivers, growers gain the ultimate freedom to customize their lighting setup in ANY grow room.
This Daisy Chain Power Cord System is specially designed for the new Model-One System to interconnect between the LED drivers, the system can eliminate a massive amount of power outlets, and reduce the number of power cables required.
Each “group” of Model One drivers must be connected to power using one of the TDC 120/240/240E power cables. The TDC-2/3/4 are used to connect the power and the control signal from one LED driver, to the next LED driver.

Warranty

These are the steps you need to take for warranty issues

  1.  All customers (end users) must submit a request and contact Trolmaster support at www.trolmaster.com/News/Warranty?class=Support to troubleshoot and validate.
  2. Please use the TrolMaster case number to initiate a warranty request through the GreenPlanet warranty. Click here
  3. All claims must have proof of purchase from an authorized GreenPlanet wholesale partner.  We will not claim RMAs for non GreenPlanet wholesale customers.
  4. All claims from wholesale partners must go through the Green Planet Wholesale warranty process with the associated Trolmaster case number.
  5. Replacement devices provided as part of an advanced exchange that are not returned to GreenPlanet within 30 days of the RMA claim will be subject to a product non-return fee of full retail value.
