SUMMARY

To work out if you’re eligible for FREE shipping you must reach or surpass the category limit however each category is separate from one another’s calculations towards free shipping. We package the items by category and if you meet the threshold for one category and not the other, you will be charged for the shipping of the category which didn’t meet the required threshold. Don’t worry our sales rep will always ring before shipping to ensure you reach the free shipping requirements.

EXAMPLES

Example #1:

If John from British Columbia, Sunshine Coast and ordered $1,000 CAD worth of Soft Goods.

John is NOT eligible for FREE SHIPPING, he is 200 CAD short for the Soft Goods Category within his location.

To reach the free shipping requirement he will need to meet the $1,200 CAD threshold. We will phone John to notify him that he should spend an extra 200 CAD within the Soft Good category to meet the FREE shipping threshold. He can do this or pay the shipping.

Example #2:

If Sarah from Quebec, orders $1100 CAD worth of Soft Goods and $3,000 CAD worth of Hard Goods.

Sarah is eligible for FREE SHIPPING, she is 100 CAD above the Soft Goods Category within her location.

As Sarah has surpassed the threshold for the Soft Goods Category, she is eligible for FREE SHIPPING for the whole order even though she didn’t reach the threshold for the Hard Goods Category.

You only need to hit the threshold for ONE of the two Good Categories.

We believe in transparency and making everyone’s life simple. Our promise to you the consumer is to ensure you have the option to reach these FREE shipping thresholds.
